In diesen unterschiedlichen Rollen durfte ich mit ebenso unterschiedlichen Menschen und Persönlichkeiten zusammenarbeiten. Und konnte viel von ihnen lernen. Gerade und ganz besonders auch in der Leitung diverser grosser Change- und Transformations-Programme. Mein Weg hat auch meine Resilienz auf den Prüfstand gestellt. So habe ich meine eigenen Resilienzfaktoren kennengelernt und eigene Bewältigungsstrategien entwickelt. Und bin gestärkt daraus hervorgegangen. Heute weiss ich: meine persönliche Entwicklung ist ein lebenslanger Lernprozess, der mich fortwährend zu einer stets besseren Version von mir selbst führt.
